The Lodge
This wonderful stone faced 2 storey lodge which is completely wheelchair accessible on the ground floor is situated on the edge of Dundrum Golf Course in Tipperary. It is set in mature gardens in the grounds of Weston's Lot Country Home. It is less than one mile from Dundrum Village and all its amenities.
The Lodge is decorated to the highest standards, with a door leading out on to a patio with barbeque and seating area.
Dundrum is an ideal base for touring through the South East. Cork, Limerick, Waterford and Kilkenny are all less than 1 1/2 hours drive. It is located less than 8 miles from the famous Rock of cashel and Holycross Abbey.
Dundrums famous golf course is on you doorstep.
There is excellent fishing in the local river the Multeen and Marla bog boasts a well stocked Lake, both are within walking distance.
Shops, pubs and restaurants are all close by.
The entrance hall leads into a fully fitted kitchen diner which has an open fire.The units are salvaged pine and include a Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Washer Dryer and Microwave. Also on the ground is the Lounge with it's coal effect stove.It is beautifully decorated and contains a double bed settee. It has a T.V. and D.V.D..The first of the bedrooms which is suitable for wheelchair accessibility is next to the lounge, it has twin beds and is complete with beautiful reproduction pine furniture.
Next door is the bathroom containing a Shower, Toilet and Basin.The bathroom is fully suitable for disabled use.
The stairs from the Kitchen Diner leads to the second floor. The remaining bedrooms are on this floor. These bright rooms are both ensuite . The ensuite have a Shower, Toilet and Basin. Both of these room have a double and a single bed. They are fully fitted with reduction pine furniture. All room are very tastefully decorated with wooden floors through the Lodge. The lodge is oil fired centrally heated.
